At SUNJOY, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all outdoor furniture and home decor items are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SUNJOY account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the product and place it back into its original shipping carton with all hardware and instruction manuals included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
